Responsibilities
- Design, administer, maintain, and support the organization's messaging infrastructure, including Exchange Online, hybrid Exchange environments, Microsoft 365, and related systems.
- Manage complex email environments, troubleshoot mail flow issues, and support migrations.
- Ensure high availability, security, and compliance across enterprise communication platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Systems Engineering experience with strong Microsoft Exchange expertise.
- Extensive experience with: Exchange Online, Hybrid Exchange environments, Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, PowerShell scripting.
- Strong understanding of mail routing, SMTP, DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Skills

- Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator
- Expert Azure Administrator Associate
- MCSE (legacy certifications acceptable)
