Windows Endpoint Engineer – Workspace ONE Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Windows Endpoint Engineer with deep expertise in managing Windows environments using Workspace ONE.

About the role

This role involves providing Tier 2/3 support for Windows 10/11 systems, both physical and virtual, and playing a key role in deploying and managing MDM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Windows 10/11 systems, both physical and virtual.
• Deploy and manage MDM solutions.
• Hands on experience with Workspace ONE, including console operations (creating profiles, sensors, smart groups, baselines).
• Familiarity with endpoint management protocols: CSP, SyncML, WNS, OMA DM.
• Experience with Windows OS in place upgrades and Windows Update for Business.
• Proficiency in Group Policy and CSP based configuration management.
• Understanding of Windows Autopilot, Azure AD Join, and hybrid environments.
• Basic scripting skills (preferably PowerShell) for automation and reporting.
• Solid grasp of ITIL Foundation principles, including service lifecycle and continual improvement.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Windows desktop engineering or support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 10/11 environments.

Qualifications

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $86,500.00 - $110,100.00.
