We are seeking a skilled Windows Endpoint Engineer with deep expertise in managing Windows environments using Workspace ONE.
About the role
This role involves providing Tier 2/3 support for Windows 10/11 systems, both physical and virtual, and playing a key role in deploying and managing MDM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for Windows 10/11 systems, both physical and virtual.
- Deploy and manage MDM solutions.
- Hands on experience with Workspace ONE, including console operations (creating profiles, sensors, smart groups, baselines).
- Familiarity with endpoint management protocols: CSP, SyncML, WNS, OMA DM.
- Experience with Windows OS in place upgrades and Windows Update for Business.
- Proficiency in Group Policy and CSP based configuration management.
- Understanding of Windows Autopilot, Azure AD Join, and hybrid environments.
- Basic scripting skills (preferably PowerShell) for automation and reporting.
- Solid grasp of ITIL Foundation principles, including service lifecycle and continual improvement.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Windows desktop engineering or support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 10/11 environments.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $86,500.00 - $110,100.00.
