What You'll Do The Window Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting delivery drivers with the accurate preparation, handling, and delivery of materials to customers and job sites. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently, safely, and with a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Pick, stage, and prepare materials for delivery based on work orders or customer requestsLoad, unload, and transport materials safely using appropriate equipment (dollies, ramps, or hands)Verify order accuracy, including quantities and product condition, prior to deliveryAssist with organizing and maintaining inventory and staging areasGuide drivers during tight turns or backing up, help maintain vehicle cleanliness, and complete basic delivery paperwork.Operate material handling equipment safely and efficientlyDeliver materials to job sites or customer locations as required (box truck)Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and interactionsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentPerform site cleanup, shovel materials, dig trenches, or assist trade workers on site.Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPEComplete basic documentation related to deliveries, inventory, and order trackingPerform additional duties as needed What You'll Bring Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to safely handle and move materials of varying sizes and weights (50-100 lbs)Good communication and teamwork skillsCustomer-focused mindset and professionalismBasic math skills and ability to follow instructionsReliability and strong work ethicExperience in warehouse, delivery, or material handling rolesExperience operating forklifts or similar equipment preferredFamiliarity with building materials or industrial productsHigh School Diploma or GED preferred but not requiredValid driver’s licenseBilingual skills (e.g., Spanish) are a plusAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shiftAbility to lift and move materials as required (up to 80 lbs)Ability to perform work in warehouse, yard, and/or outdoor environmentsComfortability with exposure to varying weather conditions and equipment operationAbility to work early mornings, extended hours, or travel between locations if required What You'll Earn Pay: $20/hourHealth Care Benefits401(k) with employer matchPaid Time Off QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
