About the Role

American Window Film is seeking energetic, efficient, and detail-oriented commercial and residential Window Film and Graphics Installers/Tinters to join our growing team. This role offers a competitive base pay plus uncapped commission, providing real earning potential. Our installers typically earn $10+ more per hour than their base rate, with top performers making over $100K/year.

Responsibilities

  • Workmanship (40%)
    • Perform quality work in site preparation, equipment management, and window tinting/graphics installation.
    • Support co-workers with urgency, prioritizing safety and quality.
    • Follow instructions and foster supportive relationships with other installers.
  • Customer Service (30%)
    • Demonstrate exceptional customer service with every client.
    • Solicit and act on customer feedback to improve service.
    • Maintain professionalism through punctuality, attire, vehicle cleanliness, and care for customer property.
    • Adapt to changes with a positive attitude and a "can-do" mindset.
  • Efficiency and Productivity (30%)
    • Develop a high-quality, high-productivity approach to your work.
    • Foster a positive, friendly, and efficient work environment.
    • Minimize wasted time and complete jobs within estimated time frames.
    • Communicate changes in job scope or timing promptly to minimize disruptions.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of prior experience in flat glass film installation.
  • Strong knowledge of window tinting tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

Physical Demands
