About the Role
PSG is looking for skilled window installers with hands-on experience in residential window replacement and installation.
Responsibilities
- Install nail flange windows (with trim)
- Install block frame windows
- Perform retro fit / sloped sill window installations
- Complete full-frame wood window replacements
- Measure, remove, prep, flash, install, and finish windows across various frame types
- Ensure quality workmanship from start to finish
- Maintain professionalism, reliability, and customer focus
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential window replacement
- EPA LRRP Individual & Firm Certifications (required for pre-1978 work)
- Ability to pass a company-issued background check
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Contracting and Business Licenses as required by state regulations
- Certificate of Insurance listing the company as additionally insured, including proof of Workers’ Compensation if you have employees
