Window Installer - Up to $2000 SIGNING BONUS
Window and Door Installer — Boston, MA — Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM start
About the role
The Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5‑star experience.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
- Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
- Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
- Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
Compensation
Approximate hourly rate: $22–$27 per hour (good‑faith estimate; final compensation may vary based on background, knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location).
Up to a $2,000 signing bonus paid in two installments: $1,000 after 30 days and $1,000 after 90 days of continuous employment (eligibility requirements and additional terms apply).

Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction — or a hunger to learn
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Valid smartphone or smart device for two‑factor authentication into Company systems
