Window Installer - $1000 SIGNING BONUS
About the role
West Shore Home is a technology-driven and industry-leading home improvement company specializing in high-quality and convenient remodels of Bathrooms, Flooring, Windows, and Doors. The Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
- Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
- Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
- Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
Pay
The approximate hourly rate for this position is $21–$24 per hour. The pay range is a good faith estimate; final compensation may vary based on background, knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
$1,000 Signing Bonus: paid in two installments—$500 after 30 days and $500 after 90 days of continuous employment. Eligibility requirements and additional terms apply.

Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction—or a hunger to learn
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Valid smart phone or smart device for two-factor authentication
