Window & Door Installer - Orlando
About the role
West Shore Home is a technology‑driven, industry‑leading home improvement company specializing in high‑quality remodels of bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors, operating in over 40 locations nationwide with over 3,000 employees. As a Window & Door Installer based in Orlando, FL, you will assist in performing safe and effective installations following company SOPs and PPE protocol while delivering a 5‑star customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
- Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
- Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
- Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction – or a hunger to learn!
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company‑required systems using two‑factor authentication
Skills
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools; ability to follow SOPs and PPE protocols; strong customer service and communication skills; punctuality and reliability.

Pay
The approximate hourly rate for this position is $17‑$20 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on background, knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
Schedule
Monday‑Friday with a start time of 6:30 AM.
