About the role
As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Installation team in Hartford plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by consistently delivering five-star shower installation and bath remodel experiences to our customers. As an Installation Manager at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by leading and growing a dynamic team of Installers. You will play the role of Leader, Motivator, and Coach with the support of our General Manager, Installation Trainers, Customer Service & Operations professionals, and all levels of regional leadership.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing your Installation teams to effectively and profitably install our products
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes for Warehouse operations and Pre-Installation Measurement process
- Visit job sites to meet customers, resolve issues, and observe employees
Requirements
- Experience in the installation, construction, and home remodeling industry
- Proven success in achieving and reporting KPIs and overseeing revenues of $15MM or more
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team success & employee engagement
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle

Pay
Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually
Schedule
Exempt role with standard hours from 6:30AM – 4:30PM
