Window Dispatch

Transdev in Fulton County, GA is seeking customer service-oriented professionals dedicated to safety for a Dispatch role. This position ensures the Dispatch team fills all routes and provides Operators with timely instructions and responses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee road service and trip performance measures, including route start time, on-time performance, and incidents.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns about no-shows, cancellations, and missed trips.
• Manage vehicle operator emergency situations and escalated calls.
• Manage department reports and other communication tools.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of transit experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical, if applicable (DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 prohibits the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason).

Physical Requirements

The essential functions of this position require the ability to:

• Work alone and in remote locations.
• Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances on sloped, slippery, or uneven surfaces.
• Push and pull objects up to 20 pounds occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance.
• Occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to access files or equipment stored at ground level.
• Withstand heavy traffic areas, exposure to dust, vehicle fumes, and noise.
