Responsibilities

• Install custom blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, motorization, and specialty products
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Troubleshoot installation challenges
• Protect customers' homes with professionalism and care
• Work alongside one of the most respected installation teams in the Treasure Valley
• Help train and mentor future installers

Requirements

• Window covering installation experience preferred
• Strong carpentry, finish construction, or handyman skills
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Clean driving record
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and comfortably work on ladders
