Responsibilities

• Perform window cleaning and pressure washing services for both commercial and residential properties.
• Use advanced techniques and equipment to ensure high-quality results.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Manage daily operations and supervise staff.
• Make decisions and drive change.
• Develop and implement training programs.
• Participate in regular company outings.

Requirements

• Previous management experience (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Proven experience supervising staff and managing daily operations.
• Leadership and team management experience strongly preferred.
• Outgoing, positive, and quality-focused attitude.
• Long-term employment commitment.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a drug test (we are a drug-free workplace).
