This role focuses on commercial properties, including storefronts, office buildings, apartment communities, and HOA properties. You’ll use your window cleaning skills while learning pressure washing and other exterior cleaning services. Professional window cleaning experience is required. No pressure washing experience is necessary. We provide training! This position starts part-time, with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance, workload, and staffing needs. Night, overnight/graveyard, and weekend availability is required. Daytime shifts may also be available. Benefits/Perks $20–$27/hour, based on experience and qualificationsApproximately 12–20 hours/week based on workload, with opportunities for additional hours, potential overtime, and bonusesOpportunity to transition to full-time as business needs developTraining in pressure washing, soft washing, and exterior cleaning proceduresOpportunities for career growth and advancementPaid time offA team that prioritizes safety, quality, and proper equipment use Responsibilities Clean commercial windows and glass using professional techniques to deliver a consistent, streak-free finishUse traditional window cleaning tools and water-fed pole systems as appropriate for each jobPerform pressure washing, soft washing, and other exterior cleaning services after receiving trainingClean building exteriors, walkways, entryways, parking areas, and other surfaces at commercial and multifamily propertiesWork closely with the Lead Technician and team to complete jobs efficiently and professionallyFollow cleaning procedures, safety requirements, and job checklistsProtect customer property and maintain safe access around work areas for residents, employees, and visitorsInspect completed work and address missed areas before leaving the job siteProperly maintain, load, and unload tools and equipmentCommunicate professionally with customers, property staff, and team members Qualifications Age 21+Professional window cleaning experience, including confident use of traditional scrubber and squeegee techniquesCommercial window cleaning experience preferredExperience with water-fed pole and purified water systems preferredStrong attention to detail and the ability to complete window cleaning work independentlyWillingness to learn pressure washing and follow company proceduresAvailability for weekend shifts preferredFlexible weekday and daytime availability preferredReliable transportation and the ability to report for late-night and early-morning shiftsAbility to perform physical work outdoors and carry and lift up to 50 lbsAbility to safely use ladders with proper training and equipmentComfort working on roofs with appropriate training and safety equipment preferred, but not requiredValid driver’s license and clean driving record requiredExperience driving a 14-foot box truck preferred, but not required Schedule Expectations This position is best suited for someone seeking part-time work who is comfortable with a variable schedule. Commercial projects often require evening, overnight/graveyard, or weekend work to accommodate customer operations. Daytime shifts may also be available. Weekly hours and shift times depend on customer needs and workload. Full-time employment may become available based on performance, workload, and staffing needs.
