Window Cleaner

At Window Genie, we have an immediate opening for a Window Cleaner. Whether you've done windows before or are looking for a general laborer position, this is the perfect fit. We'll train you on every step of the Window Genie Way. You'll also learn how to do window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, and window tinting, so there will be no shortage of work for you. Your success in this role is vital to us. It's why we will take the time to train and coach you in window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, gutter cleaning and window tinting.
Responsibilities
- Provide various services including window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, gutter cleaning, and window tinting directly serving customers
- Create a great customer experience by collecting payments, performing walkthroughs, asking for reviews, and making recommendations about additional services
- Maintain equipment by keeping everything clean and in working order
Requirements
- Not afraid of heights (will be climbing ladders, sometimes 20 feet or higher)
- Comfortable interacting with people and having conversations with every customer
- Willingness to work outdoors (almost all work is outdoors)
Qualifications
- No college degree required; relevant experience, skills, and a strong work ethic valued
- No high school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience or practical knowledge considered
- Individuals returning to the workforce after a gap (e.g., parental leave, career break) encouraged to apply
- Veterans and individuals with military experience encouraged to apply
Pay
$18 per hour / commission
