About the role

Men In Kilts is a leading home service company providing window cleaning, gutter cleaning, house washing, and pressure washing services. This is a no drama job. We show up for work every day, work hard, and get paid well.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to our residential and commercial customers.
• Window cleaning, pressure washing, house washing and gutter cleaning.
• Safely and efficiently operate our fleet of trucks and maintain our equipment.
• Process payments and paperwork.
• Engage in business development activities such as distributing marketing materials and occasional community events.
• Represent our company with integrity and passion.
• Accountability for the jobs assigned to you/your team.
• Follow all safety regulations at all times, including inspecting equipment and using the proper equipment for each particular job.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
• Able to work outdoors (rain or shine, cold or hot temperatures).
• Able to lift and climb ladders.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds for short periods of time.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Are motivated by being part of an exceptional team with shared goals.
• Are ready and willing to wear a kilt every day and enjoy the resulting attention!
• Reliable and punctual.
