What We Need From You

• A minimum of 3 years of window and door installation experience along with other related experience such as vinyl siding, wood trim installation and replacement, light carpentry work
• Preference is for a 2 man crew but if you work solo we would still use you and match you with other installers for larger jobs
• Must be able to measure windows and doors on some jobs sold by sales reps for new orders
• Detail oriented
• Good social skills because you will be working inside customer's homes
• You will be hired as a 1099 subcontractor
• If you do not have liability and workers comp insurance, we can help you with that
• Valid driver’s license and truck or van in presentable appearance
• Provide references of your past work
• Ownership of your own tools, ladders, brake machine, table saw, etc.
