Responsibilities

• Executing window and door installations with meticulous attention to detail
• Effectively communicating with the main office to relay job updates and information
• Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborating with team members to problem-solve and ensure seamless installations
• Taking initiative to resolve job site challenges and deliver high-quality results
• Maintaining availability for a minimum of 3 days a week (Monday-Saturday)
• Delivering competitive labor rates for exceptional work performed

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in window and door installation
• High level of technical problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a team environment, resolve issues, and support fellow crew members
• Valid Driver's License
• Previous work references
• Ownership of truck/van/trailer and required tools
• Certificate of Insurance with the following coverage minimums:
  • General Liability: $2 million aggregate
  • Products & completed operations: $2 million
  • Per occurrence: $1 million
  • Personal advertising injury: $1 million
  • Automobile liability: $1 million combined single limit
  • Workman's Compensation: $500k-$500k-$500k
  • Umbrella or Excess Liability: $5 million
• Certified Lead Renovator Certificate
