Perform data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Develop and use scripting solutions to automate migration processes. Identify and resolve data migration issues, inconsistencies, and errors. Ensure data integrity, completeness, and quality throughout the migration lifecycle. Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, functional consultants, and technical teams. Communicate migration progress, risks, issues, and resolutions effectively to stakeholders. Follow established data management standards and PLM migration best practices.
