Wind Turbine Technician - Tech One Program
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content.
From posting:
Overview: description about TOP program, position overview, etc. Could be "About the role". Use About the role
then
with overview text. Responsibilities: there is a "Responsibilities" section with "Who You Are" bullet list and "Key Responsibilities". So we can combine. Qualifications: there is "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications & Experience". Also "Physical Requirements". Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction: use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include. We have content for: About the role (overview), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe physical requirements), Qualifications (required/preferred), Benefits. No explicit Pay or Schedule content. So we should not include Pay or Schedule sections. Skills: maybe we could include under Qualifications or separate Skills? The posting mentions ability to read diagrams, etc. Could be Skills. But we can combine into Qualifications. We must not create sections with filler. So include only sections with real content. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits. Check each for content. About the role: include overview paragraphs: "The #1 Wind Technician Development Program..." etc. Should preserve all substantive info. We'll need to condense but not lose detail. Must preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. That means we cannot omit details; we must keep all info. However we can rephrase? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Means we should not leave out any substantive info. So we need to include everything. That's a lot. But we can include as paragraphs and lists. We must not repeat job title as heading. Already not. We must not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. At end there is EEO statements for Sky Climber and Vestas. Those are boilerplate; we should remove them. Also "About Sky Climber" and "About Vestas" maybe considered company description; is that substantive? It's about the company, maybe considered relevant but could be considered boilerplate? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "About Sky Climber" and "About Vestas" are not explicitly listed as boilerplate, but they are company description. Might be considered substantive? Usually job postings include company overview; it's substantive. We'll keep it. But we need to ensure we don't include EEO statements. So remove those paragraphs. Also remove duplicated lines: there may be duplicate sentences? Not obvious. Now structure:
About the role
... (overview text)
Then maybeResponsibilities
- ... who you are bullet points ... plus key responsibilities list. But we need to preserve all substantive info: the "Who You Are" list includes: Passionate about safety and service excellence, A strong communicator and effective team contributor, Eager to learn, proactive, and self‑motivated, Able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed, Willing to travel up to 25%. Those are bullet points. Key Responsibilities list: Perform basic mechanical installations, maintenance, operations, and upgrades following established procedures; Demonstrate knowledge of tools and use them safely; Dismantle and assemble basic machinery, components, and equipment; Accurately document all work performed; Follow all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures. We'll put those as
- ...
- ... physical requirements list
- Required: ...
- Preferred: ...
- Required Qualifications
- ...
etc. That's okay.
Thus Qualifications section contains nested lists.
Benefits section: list benefits: Company-provided equipment, tools, and uniforms; Per diem and travel incentives when applicable; Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision; 401(k) with 100% vested company match.
We'll put as - Passionate about safety and service excellence

Requirements
maybe for physical requirements? Or we could havePhysical Requirements
but only allowed headings list includes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can put physical requirements under Requirements. ThusRequirements
withQualifications
with maybe two sub-lists? Could just combine into one list but we need to keep distinction? The instruction: preserve all substantive information; we can keep headings inside? Not allowed to add extra headings besides the allowed ones? It didn't forbid extra headings inside sections, but safer to just list items with notes. We can do- .
Now About Sky Climber and About Vestas: maybe we can include under About the role? Or separate section? Not in allowed headings. Could incorporate into About the role paragraph.
Thus About the role will include overview plus company descriptions.
We must ensure we don't include EEO statements.
Let's craft the HTML.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /.
