About the role

The Wind Turbine Contract Coordinator oversees wind turbine overhauls and maintenance, directing a team of maintenance specialists, technicians, engineers, and contractors. The role leads internal and external resources to deliver certainty for major maintenance activities, achieving objectives for safety, environmental compliance, quality, schedule, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Focuses on streamlining activities through the use of lean maintenance concepts and standardized processes and procedures
• Develops leadership skills to assume greater accountability for internal employee development and performance management
• Leads, under general guidance, the cost and schedule functions in accordance with corporate financial policies and procedures
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
