About the Role

As a Wind Turbine Instructor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the minds and skills of our students. Your expertise in turbine systems and components will guide them toward a promising career in the wind energy industry. We emphasize hands-on learning, so you'll engage in interactive teaching to inspire the next generation of wind energy professionals.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate by creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment where students can flourish.
• Provide hands-on training and practical demonstrations in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing wind turbine systems.
• Collaborate with the education team to enhance existing courses and develop new ones aligned with industry trends.
• Mentor students on individual projects, encouraging critical thinking and innovative solutions.
• Instill the importance of safety procedures and best practices to ensure a secure working environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (required).
• 3-5 years of practical work experience in the field; GWO certification highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and staff.
• Patience and empathy, understanding that students learn at their own pace.

• Pay: $32 - $37 per hour.
• Weekends off.
