Responsibilities

• Be proud of rewarding work helping people grow, learn, and live well

• Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Assist people with their personal hygiene
• Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs

Schedule

Full time position: 32 hours per week. M 2p-10p, W/F 7:30a-3:30p, E/O Sa/Su 8a-4p.

Pay

$16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (no experience required; we provide paid training)
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
