About the role

Ganahl Lumber has been serving customers since 1884. Our Will Call department processes 75-100 orders daily, and we’re looking for a Will Call Manager to lead the team and ensure efficient, high-quality service.

Job Summary

The Will Call Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring orders are processed quickly and accurately. The role involves managing the team, solving customer issues, and improving performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Will Call team.
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Resolve customer issues professionally.
• Maintain performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Train staff to improve service.
• Collaborate with other departments for smoother operations.
• Keep the Will Call area organized and efficient.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or supervisory roles, preferably in retail or warehouse settings.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
