Responsibilities

  • Ensure all customers are taken care of in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and neat work area
  • Clear out all tickets older than 5 days old
  • Maintain appearance, stock, and pricing on the bargain rack
  • Remove items from the bargain rack after 30 days
  • Manage customer traffic in the warehouse
  • Ensure all customer service requirements are met, including Quick Service, Professional Image, and Respectful Communication
  • Handle all returns according to company policy
  • Ensure all cash transactions are handled correctly

Requirements

  • Some warehouse experience preferred
  • Must be willing to interact with customers
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs
  • Must be willing to be certified on warehouse equipment
  • Good computer skills
  • RF (Radio Frequency) experience is a plus

Environment

  • Long and varied hours required occasionally
  • Ability to work mandatory physical inventory
  • Ability to work in extreme hot or cold environments
  • Ability to work in dusty conditions
