Responsibilities
- Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating “Customers for Life.”
- Provide wildlife exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations.
- Set up exclusion traps, cut flashing, and form hardware cloth to specifications.
- Work safely on rooftops and use a safety harness when needed.
- Perform basic repairs in areas damaged by animals using tools, sheet metal, and screening.
- Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding wildlife exclusion and removal.
- Follow a service schedule within your assigned territory, ensuring safe and timely visits.
- Educate customers on wildlife services, and work to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Partner with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work, including handling company equipment and vehicles.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior experience necessary!
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
Physical Demands / Working Environment
- Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods.
- Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
- Able to lift and move ladders larger than 32 foot, and climb 60 feet.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
