Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers to create “Customers for Life.”
• Provide wildlife exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations.
• Set up exclusion traps, cut flashing, and fabricate hardware cloth to specifications.
• Work safely on rooftops using a safety harness when required.
• Perform basic repairs in areas damaged by animals using tools, sheet metal, and screening.
• Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding wildlife exclusion and removal.
• Follow a service schedule within an assigned territory, ensuring safe and timely visits.
• Educate customers on wildlife services and strive to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to deliver exceptional service.
• Prioritize safety in all aspects of work, including handling company equipment and vehicles.
• Uphold the “Northwest Way” by representing the brand with professionalism and customer care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage route‑based assignments.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lb, operate a company vehicle for extended periods, and safely use ladders (including ladders larger than 32 ft and climbing up to 60 ft).
• Capability to access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, and work in all weather conditions.
• No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.

Pay

Starting rate: $17‑$20 per hour.
