Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months related construction experience
- Ability to set live traps
- Previous ladder and/or harness work experience
- Good understanding of different construction types
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Organized
- Punctual
- Able to lead others
- Must be able to pull a 7x14 enclosed trailer
- Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state and local regulations
- Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence
Responsibilities
Performs exclusion services and animal removal for residential and commercial customers which includes inspections, trapping, baiting, light carpentry work, working at roof top levels, crawl space vapor barrier installation, crawl space insulation removal & installation, crawl space debris removal., and crawl space and attic disinfections
Inspects properties for wildlife and rodent damage and makes recommendations on solutions to remedy the problem
Builds internal and external relationships
Operates and maintains service vehicle and equipment

Base Pay Range: Hourly: $17.00 - $30.00
While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
