Wilbert Inc. 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician I

Role and Responsibilities

• Review Plant Intelligence Center monitors to prioritize machine maintenance and repairs
• Maintain, rebuild, and troubleshoot machinery, mechanical equipment, and secondary equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, robotics, automation, and control systems
• Perform routine preventative maintenance inspections as required
• Adjust, repair, or replace defective parts or materials
• Fabricate new equipment or supplemental pieces when needed by using tooling machines
• Install or oversee installation of new equipment and electrical service
• Perform machine calibrations using prescribed equipment
• Add options to production equipment to enhance capability
• Perform facility maintenance as required to ensure that all building systems are maintained
• Document all related work activity
• Report immediately to the supervisor those problems and unusual situations that cannot be resolved quickly
• Communicate with the maintenance manager on planned/completed tasks
• Safely use forklifts and other equipment needed for the job task
• Observe all safety requirements, including Lock Out Tag Out, and maintain the work area in a neat and orderly condition

Pay

Pay Range: $26.03 - $31.81 per hour
