Who we hire

We hire people who have either done the work themselves or have credible reasons to teach it. Our standards are set by senior practitioners - not by curriculum committees - and we expect the same depth from everyone on the team.

Our principles

• Independent and non-aligned: No vendor allegiance, no platform bias, no investor pressure to slant the curriculum. The independence of our credentials is the product. Protecting it is everyone's job.
• Remote-first, globally distributed: We are a small, deliberate team distributed across time zones. Work happens asynchronously where possible, with regular synchronous sessions for the things that genuinely benefit from being live.
