Wholesale Sales Coordinator

About the role

This is the role that keeps orders moving and retailers in the loop. You'll process orders, manage inventory reservations alongside our planning team, and keep retailers and the wholesale team supplied with the data they need to make good calls.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and manage inventory reservations with the planning team
• Keep retailers and the wholesale team supplied with accurate data
• Spot and resolve pricing errors or stock mismatches before they become problems
• Communicate with retailers and the planning team to address invoice queries and stock issues
• Collaborate with the planning team to prepare data updates for key retailers
• Onboard new retailers and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
• Share progress on orders processed at weekly meetings and flag potential inventory availability issues

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in wholesale support, sales coordination, order management or a similar operations role, ideally in consumer goods, fashion or retail
• Experience with B2B platforms like NetSuite and NuOrder
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Clear, friendly communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solid organization and prioritization skills
• Comfort working across time zones with a globally distributed team

Location & Hours

• This is a full-time position based remotely in the U.S.
• You’ll report to a US-based manager and need to communicate with our Melbourne office, so sufficient cross-over with Melbourne business hours is preferred.
• The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000.
