WHOLESALE SALES ASSISTANT-OUTERWEAR

About the role

Assist the teams with daily communications with new and existing retailers. Assist with order management, market appointments, premarket preparation and post-market follow up.

Responsibilities

• Generate, manage, update, maintain and distribute the various reports such as products selling and available to sell.
• Prepare for market appointments including packing.
• Apply analytical insights to offer merchandise recommendations.
• Assist in order entry and upload.
• Open new accounts with senior sales staff support.
• Collaborate with the Merchandising and Design teams to effectively plan the Wholesale sales potentials.
• Shop and or buy samples to present to design.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience preferably in a wholesale sales environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with NuOrder is a plus.
• Working knowledge of retail math.
• Ability to prioritize, focus and provide complete follow through on all aspects of responsibilities.
• An outgoing goal-oriented individual who wants to expand their professional network in helping to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to manage strict deadlines.
• Detail Oriented.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Eager to learn.
