About the role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and detail-focused individual to support the Sales team in managing key wholesale accounts. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced wholesale environment and possess strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers in day-to-day management of major wholesale accounts
- Pull and analyze weekly selling reports, including style, door, and topline performance
- Prepare materials for weekly sales and client meetings
- Review eCommerce sites to monitor assortment, pricing, and promotional activity
- Sample/Imagery & copy management for each account
- Partner with marketing team to select seasonal SPA styles
- Order Management, EDIs & Shipping Support all EDI processes including pricing updates, delivery changes, and shipping coordination
- Maintain shipping logs and track order status throughout the fulfillment lifecycle
- Monitor delivery windows, cancellations, and fulfillment risks; escalate issues as needed
- Pull seasonal order confirmations and share with accounts
- Process RTVs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve processing or quality issues ahead of ship windows
- Manage Dropship contract review
- Fill in account order templates
- Market & Product Support Assist in all aspects of market preparation and execution, including Nuorder line sheets, sample coordination, and showroom setup
- Support in market appointments
- Enter market orders and support assortment planning decks
- Own Cuts file
- Manage multi-category sample inventory and coordinate with sample and merchandising teams
- Support product data accuracy, including PDP copy, imagery, and line sheets
- Complete merch guides prior to market
- Aid in final production pull: Assist in Reconciling SAP Orders against account order sheets to identify any disconnects.
- Pull ATS (Available to Sell) and propose reorders to accounts
- Generate monthly and seasonal performance reports (actuals, MFR, selling analysis)
- Identify sales trends, risks, and opportunities to inform business decisions
Requirements
- The ability to communicate and demonstrate the Tory Burch brand initiatives and core values are essential.
- Prior Sales, Planning, Buying experience is preferred or relevant experience such as Industry related internships or working with a wholesale account (Specialty or Major Department store) for 1-2 years.
- Proficient in Excel, and especially skilled at V-Look Up and Pivot Table functions while having a strong understanding of retail math concepts.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Pay
The compensation range for this position is 22.00 USD - 29.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
