Essential Functions of the Role
- Review loan files for accuracy and compliance prior to closing.
- Prepare and approve the Closing Disclosure.
- Prepare all closing documents in a timely manner.
- Communicate with the Broker, Account Executive, and settlement agent to schedule closing date and time.
- Cookordinate with various departments to reconcile any file defects.
- Calculate loan interest, principal payment, escrow fees, and closing costs prior to closing.

- Prior proven ability to prioritize and multi-task

- Understanding of legal documents
- Knowledge of residential closing conditions
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of mortgage closing experience required.
- Wholesale Closing experience required.
- Experience with Encompass preferred.
- Complete understanding of TRID guidelines.

Pay
$55,000.00 to $65,000.00 annually depending on experience, and is eligible for discretionary production bonuses.
