Wholesale Department Manager

About the role
The Wholesale Department Manager will oversee operational processes, lead a team, and drive sales through customer relationships and strategic initiatives. This role involves managing wholesale customer accounts, entering custom orders, and developing sales processes to meet monthly targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve operational processes and procedures
- Lead and develop the wholesale department team
- Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale clients
- Enter and manage custom orders for wholesale customers
- Establish sales processes and monthly specials to drive revenue
- Cultivate new and existing customer relationships to impact sales
- Perform other job duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in the door industry preferred
- Sales experience required
- Wholesale experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and computer navigation
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to represent the company professionally and communicate effectively with customers
Pay
Anticipated pay range: $66,332 – $102,814 USD. Actual compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, and other factors. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
