About You
You are a self-motivated professional with advanced interpersonal skills who excels in fostering long-term client relationships. Detail-oriented and proficient in multitasking, you’re capable of managing multiple accounts, orders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in communication, you seamlessly coordinate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently. With an understanding of selling principles and techniques, you effectively promote new products and services.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Proactively resolve client issues and complaints, often by coordinating with internal departments like sales, operations, and customer care to ensure a seamless experience.
- Educate clients on new products, services, and company updates, ensuring they are well-informed and receiving maximum value from the company’s offerings.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, gather feedback, and align on future goals.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a consistent and positive client experience.
- Help develop and implement strategies to further the company’s objectives with key accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide recommendations and ensure the company’s offerings remain competitive.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they understand our products, services, and brand value.
- Maintain complete and accurate NetSuite records.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service is highly valued.
- A proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to analyze data, evaluate sales situations, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in NetSuite is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to solve problems and handle customer requests.
- Must have the willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the time.

Pay
The pay range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 USD per year (Los Angeles, CA).
