Wholesale Account Manager
Role Description
Strategically expand Texas Standard's presence within specialty retail stores by building and nurturing outstanding relationships with current and prospective wholesale accounts.
Identify, pitch, and secure new retail partners, ensuring alignment with the Texas Standard wholesale strategy and brand vision.
Oversee and conduct regular in-store visits and events, providing guidance on visual merchandising and inventory management to optimize sales performance.
Direct and execute road work necessary for the development and support of existing and prospective accounts.
Manage all pertinent regional trade shows within the assigned territory, from planning to execution, to maximize brand exposure and sales opportunities.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of market trends, conduct comprehensive competitor analysis, and identify product development opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
Develop and present quarterly hindsight recaps and detailed sales reporting, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Take ownership of end-to-end wholesale operations, including sales, business results, comprehensive account management, exceptional customer service, wholesale marketing initiatives, and efficient operational processes.
