- Operate, monitor, and clean whey processing equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and safety standards
- Perform basic troubleshooting and conduct Clean-In-Place (CIP) and sanitation procedures
- Record production data accurately
- Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and cheese production teams
