About the role
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot whey processing equipment to produce high-quality dairy ingredients.
Responsibilities
- Operate and oversee whey processing machinery to ensure efficient production.
- Perform routine quality checks, changeovers, and clean-in-place (CIP) procedures.
- Follow GMP, sanitation, and food safety standards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Accurately record production data and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Willingness to learn and operate modern manufacturing equipment.
- Prior experience in a food production or dairy environment is a plus but not required.
