Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor equipment that converts liquid whey into high-quality dairy ingredients.
- Set up, run, and adjust separation, evaporation, and drying systems.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and ensure proper equipment functioning.
- Conduct quality and safety checks to maintain product standards.
- Follow GMPs, sanitation, and HACCP procedures to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate production records for traceability and reporting.
- Work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and safety-focused environment.
- Gain experience with modern dairy processing technologies and grow within the team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot processing equipment.
