About the role

The Medical Affairs Analyst & Writer supports the Early Program Biosimilar Pipeline by developing scientific content, conducting evidence reviews, and preparing analytical outputs for global stakeholders. This role is ideal for candidates interested in Medical Affairs within a leading multinational pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities

• Support medical writing, desk research, and analytical projects aligned with business objectives.
• Gather, review, and analyse scientific and medical literature.
• Develop evidence summaries, scientific reports, presentations, and content materials.
• Prepare molecule overviews and competitive intelligence reports for biosimilar programmes.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Utilise databases, analytical platforms, and AI-enabled tools responsibly.
• Maintain high-quality documentation while ensuring confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives across Medical Affairs.

Requirements

• Advanced degree or equivalent qualification in healthcare, medicine, or related field preferred, with 5–8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Experience in analytical writing, medical writing support, desk research, competitive intelligence support, and/or related Medical Affairs support models.
• Good understanding of information gathering, content synthesis, scientific/analytical writing, and structured output development.
• Exposure to diverse medical and scientific domains, ideally including biosimilars, oncology, immunology, or related therapeutic areas.
• Artificial Intelligence savvy, with a high awareness of its limitations and confidentiality requirements of pipeline work.
• Experience working in a cross-functional and global environment.
