Operational Details
- Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 4:00AM - 8:00PM EST
- Locations: Sagadahoc, Knox, Waldo & Lincoln Counties
Responsibilities
- Operates vehicle safely and responsibly
- Transports passengers to and from medical facilities and/or home
- Familiarizes self with designated routes and navigates efficiently
- Maintains vehicle in good working order and completes daily checklists
- Completes and enters daily trip sheets
- Ensures all required permits, licenses, and documentation are up-to-date
- Provides excellent customer service and maintains professionalism
- Handles basic issues and refers more complex problems to higher-level staff
- Adheres to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Complies with organization contracts and regulatory standards
- Attends security trainings and reports any issues
- Participates in other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Zero (0) plus years of experience
- Valid driver's license for the appropriate vehicle type or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Clean driving record with no history of major traffic violations or accidents
- In-depth knowledge of local navigation
- Excellent driving skills and ability to handle various road and weather conditions
- Customer-service oriented with excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and schedules
- Physical fitness and stamina for long hours of driving, if applicable
