About the role

GoodwheelChairs.org is one of The Human Potential Center's nonprofit programs. GoodwheelChairs repairs and refurbishes donated wheelchairs and scooters to sell at a reduced, affordable price to those with little or no insurance. We're looking for someone who can repair the wheelchairs and powerchairs that are not in great shape when they are donated.

Responsibilities

• Doing light repair work
• Installing batteries
• If possible, performing major overhauls

Requirements

• Very skillful doing repairs with your hands
• At least one year experience in repairing electrical or mechanical objects or the equivalent
