About the role
Responsible for managing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and adherence to health and safety standards. Oversee staff training and performance evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items based on customer feedback and trends.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies to maintain optimal stock.
- Ensure compliance with local health codes and regulations.
- Train new employees on kitchen procedures and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Qualifications

Pay

Monday through Friday, 6am - 2pm, with some weekend shifts.
