About the role

We’re looking for driven individuals to join our crew, playing an integral role in ensuring smooth operations. You’ll maintain a cheerful and courteous temperament while upholding a neat and clean professional image.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and engage them while escorting them to their table in a timely manner.
• Efficiently manage the Wait List for seating.
• Communicate guests’ questions or concerns to the Manager on duty.
• Keep the foyer, host/hostess station, and wait area clean and free of debris; restock and clean menus.
• Restock and maintain restroom cleanliness for guests.
• Answer the telephone within 4 rings, address guests’ questions, and/or direct guests to the proper staff member.
• Conclude guests’ visits professionally.
• Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, and assigned side work.

Requirements

• Can reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Complete and pass the Florida Responsible Vendor program, in compliance with Flanigan’s and Florida statutes.
• Complete and pass a food safety certification program, in compliance with Flanigan’s and Florida statutes.
