About the Opportunity
The Remote Document Processing and Claims Analyst role involves managing and processing a large volume of critical documents remotely. The position ensures accuracy and compliance in claims analysis, contributing to upholding the organization’s standards of service and integrity. This full-time role supports operational efficiency and data integrity through precise document handling and claims evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Review, categorize, and process digital documents accurately and efficiently
- Analyse claims and related documents for compliance with guidelines and regulations
- Verify completeness and accuracy, resolving discrepancies promptly
- Maintain organised records within digital file management systems
- Collaborate with team members and departments to support workflow
- Adhere to confidentiality and data protection protocols
- Aid in generating reports based on processed data
Requirements
- Experience in document processing, claims administration, or similar data-intensive roles
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills for remote work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Analytical skills for interpreting information and sound judgement
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Experience in accounting, financial services, or insurance industries preferred
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Hourly rate between $25.00 and $38.00 USD
