About the role
We are looking for client growth representatives with the ability to work remotely to drive revenue through client expansion and relationship development.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and service expansion opportunities
- Congduct consultative conversations to uncover evolving client needs
- Present additional service solutions aligned with client goals
- Maintain accurate account notes, forecasts, and growth pipeline in CRM tools
- Collaborate with onboarding and operations teams to support client success
Requirements
- Experience in account management, client growth, or sales roles is a plus but not required
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in BPO, SaaS, or professional services preferred
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
