The plant operates on a seven-day rotation with four shifts: 1st shift (7am–3pm), 2nd shift (3pm–11pm), 3rd shift (11pm–7am), and swing shift covering days off for the other shifts. Associates work 8-hour shifts, though union contract allows for up to 16 hours in certain circumstances. Career growth opportunities are available. The plant environment can be demanding, involving varying temperatures, noise levels, chemicals, heights, and potential encounters with pests such as wasps or mice.
