As the culinary captain, you’ll keep the kitchen running like a well-seasoned machine. You thrive in clean kitchens, sharp communication, and efficient workflows—even during the busiest rushes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily kitchen operations, ensuring every team member performs tasks correctly and efficiently.
• Oversee food and beverage operations, including stocking supplies and supporting service readiness.
• Maintain safety and compliance by handling sensitive areas, lost items, and health standards with care.
• Enforce sanitation practices, ensuring all surfaces, tools, and spaces meet cleanliness and code requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in kitchen operations or a similar field, including a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service operations is preferred.
• Required certifications: Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid (as applicable).
• Ability to acquire Food Manager Certification as required by state regulations.
