About the role
Responsible for providing daily support services to residents in WestHaven Residential.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Monitor and report resident safety concerns
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Basic computer literacy
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
