Western Hem All-Source Analyst, Mid

About the role

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Western Hem All-Source Analyst to use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign countrys ability to develop, equip, sustain, and employ its military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements.
• Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, youll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.
• As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with defense industries analysis such as industrial organization, production processes, foreign weapon systems and equipment, and their associated facilities and output levels.
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
• Knowledge of the CENTCOM AOR
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Work Environment

Normal office environment. Travel as required.

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $115,000.00 to $120,000.00 (annualized USD).
